Na Jia, Vice President of Design at Li Auto, graduated from the Transportation Design Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2012. That same year, he completed his graduation project sponsored by Audi. From 2012 to 2015, he worked at the PSA Asia R&D Center as a Creative Designer for Peugeot Group, and later at Nissan/Infiniti Design China as a Senior Designer.
In July 2015, Na Jia joined Li Auto as a core founding team member, taking charge of vehicle styling and related design work.
By 2025, he led an international team in developing innovative, influential, and highly mass-production-efficient design solutions. He has overseen the styling design and development projects for the SEV, Li ONE, Li L-series, Li MEGA, Li i-series, and various upcoming Li Auto products. With a decade of entrepreneurial experience at Li Auto, Na Jia has become an outstanding automotive design management professional in the industry, securing over a thousand design patents. Among these, the exterior design patent for the Li L9 was awarded the Gold Medal in the 25th (2025) Design Patent Awards by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
Under his leadership, the design team has evolved from being "top-tier in China" to "top-level in the world,” with team members now consisting of senior designers from over ten different countries, including veterans from luxury brands such as Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. The team is now transitioning towards a more dynamic talent structure, expanding into broader product categories, more specialized disciplines, and greater expertise in artificial intelligence.
